1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the plytim online gaming platform (the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and maintain an active account on plytim, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are a resident or present within the Philippines, or in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legally permitted.

• You do not have an existing active account on the plytim Platform.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee of plytim or any affiliated entity.

plytim takes underage gambling seriously. Any account found to be registered by or operated by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended. All funds in such an account, including deposits, bonus amounts, and winnings, will be forfeited in their entirety. We may report such incidents to the relevant Philippine regulatory authorities.

3. Account Registration

When registering for a plytim account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password, and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one plytim account. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under your own name, an alias, or through a third party — is strictly prohibited. plytim employs automated and manual fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Violation of this policy will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the permanent forfeiture of any balances therein.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your plytim account. You must:

• Use a strong, unique password not used on any other platform.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) if available.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared or public devices.
• Notify plytim support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

plytim will never ask for your full password via live chat, email, or any other communication channel. Any communication claiming to be from plytim and requesting your full password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

3.3 Account Currency

All plytim accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). Once your account currency is set upon registration, it cannot be changed.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

plytim accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, and InstaPay. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your account in real time for e-wallet methods (GCash, Maya, GrabPay) and within standard banking processing times for bank transfers (BPI, BDO, InstaPay).

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding account belongs to another person — are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source may be reversed, and the associated plytim account may be suspended pending investigation.

4.2 Withdrawals

To request a withdrawal, your account must have completed KYC verification (see Section 8). Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. For verified accounts using GCash or Maya, withdrawal processing typically takes approximately 30 minutes. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, or InstaPay may take longer depending on interbank processing times.

Withdrawal requests may be delayed or withheld in circumstances where:

• KYC documentation is incomplete or has not been verified.
• There is an active or pending investigation into your account for suspected fraud, collusion, or bonus abuse.
• The account has not met applicable bonus wagering requirements.
• A chargeback or reversal dispute has been initiated by the Player or the Player's payment provider.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

plytim is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. All transactions on the Platform are monitored. plytim reserves the right to request additional documentation relating to the source of funds if any deposit or withdrawal pattern triggers an AML review. Refusal to cooperate with an AML inquiry may result in permanent account closure and reporting to the relevant Philippine authorities.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

plytim offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to a wagering (rollover) requirement before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the applicable promotion terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time unless the promotion explicitly allows otherwise.
• No Abuse: Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, placing hedging bets that guarantee a profit regardless of outcome, or coordinating with other players to take advantage of a promotion — will result in bonus cancellation and may lead to permanent account suspension.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not activated or wagered within the validity period stated in the promotion terms will expire automatically with no cash equivalent.
• plytim reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable law.

6. Gameplay Rules & Fair Use

All games available on the plytim Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, are operated by human dealers in real-time under controlled conditions. The outcomes of all games are fair and not manipulated by plytim or its software providers.

By placing a wager on plytim, you acknowledge that:

• You understand the rules of the game you are playing and accept that the house edge is a standard feature of all casino games.
• Game outcomes are final. Technical errors displayed on screen (such as incorrect game graphics or information) do not invalidate the actual result as recorded by the server. In the event of a discrepancy, the server record shall prevail.
• You will not use any software, tool, algorithm, or artificial intelligence system to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• You accept that plytim may void any bet placed in error or as a result of a system malfunction, and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the plytim Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players.
• Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, or tamper with the Platform or any of its games.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• Creating or operating a plytim account on behalf of another person without authorization.
• Deliberately exploiting software bugs or errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from an acknowledged bug must be reported and will be voided.
• Making chargebacks or reversals through your payment provider after a deposit has been credited and wagered on the Platform.
• Using a VPN or proxy service to circumvent geographic restrictions or access the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

plytim reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to prohibited activity, including immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities.

• Loss of winnings due to a technical malfunction, internet connectivity failure, or hardware failure on your end.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Losses incurred through your own gaming decisions, including chasing losses.
• Any delay in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers such as GCash, Maya, BPI, or BDO.

plytim makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude plytim's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12. Suspension & Termination

plytim reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, cheating, collusion, or money laundering.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Account registration or use by a person under the age of 21.
• Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior directed at Platform staff or other users.
• Receipt of a valid legal order or direction from a Philippine regulatory authority.

You may close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting the plytim support team via 24/7 live chat. Upon voluntary account closure, any outstanding verified balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to applicable verification and AML requirements. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

13. Privacy & Data

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
